Astragraphia through its education pillar carries out corporate social responsibility in the form of a coloring and storytelling event on August 22 2023, which was attended by 75 children aged 4-5 years along with their companions from Dahlia Toddler Family Development (BKB), BKB Delima Indah Jaya, BKB Ar Rahma , and BKB Learntera which is located in the Pondok Ranggon Village area, Cipayung, East Jakarta on August 22, 2023. The concept that Astragraphia is putting forward at this moment is instilling an understanding of the diversity of Indonesian culture, as well as stimulating children's imagination and the courage to express feelings and ideas that the child has.
The event began with the activity of coloring sketches of traditional clothing from several tribes in Indonesia which were printed using a FUJIFILM printer, then continued with playing, singing and listening to stories presented by musical storytellers Tania Kathryn and Samuel Tandyasraya who delivered a fairy tale entitled "Ubiet the Caterpillar." To add to the joy of the Pondok Ranggon Village children, all the coloring sheets and the coloring tools they use can be brought home, plus snacks and the fairy tale book “Ubet the Caterpillar” which was printed using a Fujifilm Revoria Press™ Pc1120 printer.
Andhita Putri Ayuni, Department Head Corporate Communications & CSR of PT Astra Graphia Tbk and the Corporate Communications team of PT Astra Graphia Tbk were present representing the company's management as the initiator of the coloring and storytelling event in Pondok Ranggon Village. "We are very excited to hold this event and see the enthusiasm of the community in supporting efforts to preserve storytelling culture. Through this activity, we hope to invite all people to appreciate and protect the cultural heritage in our village," said Andhita Putri Ayuni as a representative from PT Astra Graphia Tbk.
The active participation of the Pondok Ranggon Urban Village apparatus was the key to the implementation of the coloring and storytelling event this time. Jenuri, SE, Pondok Ranggon Urban Village Head welcomed this event as a concrete step in preserving the storytelling culture that supports the character building of Indonesian children. Marissya Ariestiany, SKom, Secretary of the Pondok Ranggon Village Head and Natalia Indrayani, plt. The Head of the People's Welfare Section (Kesra), as well as Ropesta Sihombing, Executive of the Reading Group (PKB) were also present during the event.
