Astragraphia as an Industry Speaker at the SMKN 7 Jakarta Job and Education Fair

The role of industry in the Human Resources (HR) recruitment process is crucial, considering that industry is the user who will interact directly with workers in the field. Astragraphia, as a public company, has made significant contributions to programs that support improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia. At the "PITOE FEST Job & Education Fair" held by SMKN 7 Jakarta, Astragraphia served as an industry speaker, providing insights on preparing to enter the workforce to 118 alumni from five majors: Arts and Creative Economy; Information Technology; Graphic Engineering; Visual Communication Design; Computer and Network Engineering, along with ten active teachers serving on the school committee.

Natasha Aulia Akam, Talent Acquisition Officer at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology, presented the opening keynote on "Creating an Attractive CV." On this occasion, alumni graduating in May 2025 received inspiration for creative CV designs and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) that significantly improve their chances of passing the selection process.

Completing the initial presentation on CV creation, Juaneitta Tyas Damayanti, Section Head of Application Development Service at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology, discussed tips and tricks for "Job Interview Success," including active speaking practice using the STAR Technique: Situation; Task; Action; Result. The presentation and simulations were presented interactively for three hours by two Astragraphia speakers. With this kind of activity, participants of the "PITOE FEST Job & Edu Fair" are expected to become more skilled at compiling CVs that meet recruitment requirements, and become more confident in dealing directly with job interviewers.
