Bambang Widjanarko Santoso (President Commissioner)

An Indonesian Citizen, who has served as President Commissioner of Astragraphia since 2013, based on the AGMS decision of 18 April 2013. He also serves Director in Charge of Infrastructure and Logistics, Information Technology Business Group at PT Astra International Tbk in addition to serving as President Commissioner of PT Astratel Nusantara, PT Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) and PT Marga Mandala Sakti, Commissioner of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk as well as member of the Boards of Commissioners at several companies in other Astra groups. He previously served as President Commissioner of PT Marga Harjaya Infrastuktur, Vice President Commissioner of PT Astratel Nusaperdana, Vice President Director of PT United Tractors Tbk and Director of Astragraphia, as well as performing various management duties in the Astra Group. He joined the Astra group in 1982. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology of Bogor Agricultural University and faculty of Economics (Extension Program) at Universitas Indonesia, as well as entering the Mitsui Taiyo Kobe Bank Foundation Scholarship Program in Japan in 1990. He is not affiliated with members of other Boards of Directors and Commissioners.

Inget Sembiring (Commissioner Independent)

An Indonesian Citizen, who has served as Independent Commissioner since 2012, based on the AGMS decision of 25 April 2012. He serves as Independent Commissioner and concurrently as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He also serves as  member of the Audit Committee of PT Astra International Tbk and Chairman of Yayasan BPK Gunung Mulia. He previously served as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT United Tractors Tbk, PT Bank Permata Tbk and PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance, President Director of Astragraphia as well as  member of the State Officials Wealth Audit Commission. He joined the Astra business group in 1967 and joined Astragraphia in 1976. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Economics of Gajah Mada University and Sekolah Tinggi Management LPPM Jakarta. He is not affiliated with members of other Boards of Directors and Commissioners or major shareholders.

Lukito Dewandaya (Independet Commissioner)

An Indonesian Citizen, who has served as Independent Commissioner based on the AGMS decision of 16 April 2015. He serves as Independent Commissioner and concurrently as Chairman of the Audit Committee. He also serves as a member of the Independent Commissioners of PT Serasi Autoraya (TRAC). He previously served as President Director of Astragraphia, President Commissioner of PT Astra Graphia Information Technology and PT AGIT Montise Indonesia (now PT Monitise Mobile Indonesia) as well as held positions in various business units, including heavy equipment, financial services and banking concerns. He started his career as an auditor at the SGV Utomo Public Accounting Firm and joined the Astra business group in 1977 and Astragraphia in 1994. He is a graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is not affiliated with members of other Boards of Directors and Commissioners or major shareholders.

Gunawan Geniusahardja (Commissioner)

An Indonesian Citizen and has served as Commissioner based on the AGMS decision of 11 April 2017. He also serves as member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Astragraphia and Commissioner of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk. Previously, he served as Independent Director of PT Astra International Tbk, President Commissioner of PT Asuransi Astra Buana, PT Astra Sedaya Finance, and PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance, Vice President Commissioner of PT Toyota Astra Financial Services and PT Bank Permata Tbk, and Commissioner of PT Toyota – Astra Motor and PT Astra Honda Motor, President Director of PT Astra Sedaya Finance, Director of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor and several management position in Astra Group. He is a graduate of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Christian University of Indonesia. He is not affliated with members of other Boards of Directors and Commissioners or major shareholders.
