The Nuvera 120 is a clean sheet development that fulfills the mission to expand and strengthen Fuji Xerox product offering and enhance our position in the Monochrome copying and printing markets. It will position the The Document Company Fuji Xerox as a key player at the top of the Light Production and the low-end of the Production market space, in what might be called the Mid Production area.
The Nuvera 120 will allow Fuji Xerox to compete more aggressively in the Light Production market space against our rivals such as Ricoh and Canon. With its benchmarked quality and an expanded set of eligible applications, the Nuvera 120 gives us a great opportunity to reach into the CRD and Quick Print markets and help Fuji Xerox regain it's market share lost to recent competitive entrants.
The products will facilitate migration of our existing fleet of high-volume MIF (Machines In Field), particularly the aging Light Lens products such as 5100, 5800, 5900 etc., thus fulfilling the objectives of protecting our existing customer base and page volume, improving customer satisfaction and accelerating digital transition.
The Nuvera 120 is configurable, modular, scalable and upgradeable. These characteristics provide significant benefit for both our customers and Fuji Xerox. For our customers, it enables product acquisition and modification tailored to specific needs as well as investment protection. For Fuji Xerox, substantial business simplification benefits result from a wide-ranging portfolio based on common modules. These characteristics enable modular trade in which will assist in maintaining customer relationships over time.
The Nuvera 120 also meets the objectives of driving new business, generating incremental and profitable revenue streams from sales and service.
