Responding to the needs of a multifunctional product in the Low-end class in the office environment, Astragraphia launches the Fuji Xerox WorkCentre 220/222/228 that can Copy, Print, Colour Scan and Fax. The speed of its copy and printing can reach 20 pages per minute with a sharp printing quality. This product is equipped with a Standard Automatic 2-sided Document Feeder that can copy a 50-page maximum document front and back (2-sided document) and swiftly fax it automatically.
The scanner, which has a resolution of up to 9600x9600 dpi, is able to scan a colour document with excellent result. Scan result of a black & white document as well as colour can be manage and manipulated by PaperPort 9.0, a Document Handling Software. To scan documents directly to Word as well as an Excel File, this product is already equipped with OCR Software, the Omnipage 2.0SE.
The Fax function on the WC222 and WC228 configuration enables a simpler and efficient document transfer because of the PC Faxing & Receiving feature that can send and receive fax document directly from and to a PC without having to print it.
For Printing and Scanning for users in an office network, Fuji Xerox offers the WC228 configuration. With the WC228, many users can directly scan documents in the form of PDF as well as an Image File into their own PC’s. The scanned image text can also be changed (OCR) into a Word File using the OmniPage 2.0SE application by merely clicking the right button of each user's mouse. |
