The Services Business represents the development of
service strength, which constitutes Astragraphias core strength since the Company
was established in 1976. The portfolio most persevered by the Company is the after sales
service through Full Service Management Agreement (FSMA) contract, a service where
customers need not concern themselves with spare parts and consumable goods because all
these are included in the after sales contract.
As a development of service strength, Astragraphia expand the Service Business into 3
groups, namely:
LayanGerak,
yconsumables for printer solution products that not tied to a FSMA after sales contract.
Layan Gerak customers are serviced with on the spot purchasing at their premises where
they directly receive the goods.
Xprins, a
document production service encompassing printing, enveloping and distributing, based on
data received from customer. Customers usually outsource their high volume document
printing application such as invoices, accounts statements and others. The Xprins business
backbone is supported by the PSB product portfolio.
Services, is a
services that covers supplies and management of output devices (printer, copy, scan, and
fax) including desktop PC and peripherals. This service facilitates customer with control
over the equipment productivity and usage. This business segment experienced significant
growth, because it is able to provide cost savings, improved equipment control and
increase productivity, thereby the customers are able to focus in their core business.
